Live Barcelona Airport arrivals

The board above shows live arrival times for every flight landing at Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN), updated in real time. Search by flight number, airline or origin city to find your flight, and check the status column for landed, delayed or expected times.

How to read the arrivals board

Each row lists the scheduled arrival time, the estimated or actual time, the origin airport, the airline and flight number, the terminal and the current status. A status of “Landed” means the aircraft is on the ground, “Expected” shows the latest estimate, and “Delayed” indicates a revised time. All times are shown in local Barcelona time (CET/CEST).

Which terminal will my flight arrive at?

Most international and intercontinental flights arrive at Terminal 1 (T1), while many low-cost and regional flights use Terminal 2 (T2). The terminal for each flight is shown in the board above. The two terminals are about 4 km apart and connected by a free 24-hour shuttle bus, so check your terminal before arranging a pick-up.

What to do after you land

After disembarking, follow the signs to passport control (for non-Schengen arrivals) and then to baggage reclaim, where screens display the carousel number for your flight. Once through the arrivals hall you can reach central Barcelona in around 30–40 minutes by train, airport bus, metro line L9 Sud, taxi or a pre-booked private transfer. Taxis use a metered fare with a fixed airport supplement.

Busiest arrival times

Barcelona Airport is busiest in the late morning and again in the early evening, especially during the summer season from June to September. If you are meeting someone, allow extra time for passport control and baggage handling during these peak periods.

What if a flight is delayed or diverted?

Delays are most common during summer storms and busy holiday weekends. The live board reflects the latest estimated time as soon as the airline updates it, so refresh the page for the newest status. In the rare event of a diversion, the operating airline is responsible for onward transport to Barcelona.
